Cloudhut ("we", "us", "our"), operated by ContainerOcean Technologies, provides a desktop application that reads your online travel agency ("OTA") extranets and presents your guest messages and payout information in one place. The subscription is billed at $99 per month per property, charged monthly, and you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each subscription entitles you to use Cloudhut for a single property. A separate license is required for each additional property. If you manage a portfolio of properties, contact us at hello@cloudhut.io before purchasing.
Cloudhut reads your OTA extranets from your own computer, in your own authenticated session. We do not control the OTAs, and we have no agreement with them on your behalf. If an OTA restricts, blocks, or changes the way its extranet can be accessed, or changes the layout or availability of the pages Cloudhut reads, that is outside our control.
When this happens, the app degrades gracefully: it shows the last data it was able to read (marked as stale, with the time it was read) and a link to the source page on the OTA so you can check the current figure yourself. An interruption or change in OTA access is not grounds for a refund, and Cloudhut is not a system of record — the OTA's own screens remain the authoritative source of your messages, bookings, and payouts.
Cloudhut is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it displays will always be current or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the subscription or your use of Cloudhut is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining your own OTA credentials and for complying with the terms of the OTAs you connect. Cloudhut reads data on your behalf but never changes a price, confirms a booking, or cancels anything. Decisions you make based on information shown in the app remain your own; where accuracy matters, verify against the OTA's own screen, which is always one click away.
