One ledger for every payout.
One inbox for every OTA.
Every payout rebuilt booking by booking, gross to net, ready to export. Every OTA's guest messages in one list. On your own computer — at the property, or ten time zones away.
Free for 7 days, then $99/month. No card to start. See pricing.

The real app, with sample data. Every figure carries the OTA it came from and the minute it was read.
Payouts and messages, working today
Expedia Partner Central is next — one connection covers Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo and the rest of the group. Tell us which OTA you need and it moves up the list.
Three extranets in the morning. One unexplained payout at month end.
One credit lands in your account, batched across a dozen stays and net of a commission nobody breaks down for you. Not your channel manager, not your PMS, not your bank — the detail lives inside each extranet, one screen at a time. And if you're not the one sitting in front of those screens, you're taking somebody's word for all of it.
Rebuild the ledger
One row per booking: what the guest paid, what the OTA kept, what reached you.
Take it with you
Filter to a month and export to CSV — the file your accountant keeps asking for.
And the inbox
Every OTA’s guest messages in one list, with the ones still waiting marked.
Two jobs, one window
Money and messages, each spanning every OTA you connect. Not a tab per site — that's just the extranets again, in a smaller window.
Gross to net, one row per booking
Sell rate, commission, and the payout that reached your bank — beside the rate plan, promotion and cancellation policy. Read from the OTA's own screens and checked against its totals, so the row adds up before you see it.
- Agoda, MakeMyTrip and Booking.com, reconciled to the cent
- Batched payouts split back out to the bookings they paid for
- Cancellations and adjustments visible, not quietly netted away
- Every number one click from the screen it was read from

Three OTAs, one list — each booking against the payout it was paid in.
Who actually paid for that discount?
A guest books 22% off. Sometimes the OTA absorbs it; sometimes it comes straight out of your net, and no screen says which. Amber means you funded it. Green means they did.
- Property-funded promotions separated from platform-funded ones
- The amount you gave up, per booking — not a percentage in a rate plan
- Filter to every hotel-funded discount and total what it cost you

Amber came out of your payout. Green did not.
Then take the whole thing with you
Filter to a month, a status, a rate plan — then export exactly that to CSV. It opens in Excel, in Tally, in whatever your accountant uses.
Doing it by hand is commonly put at three to five staff days a month.
Every OTA's guest messages in one list
Newest first, whichever site they came from. Click one and it opens in the OTA's own pane, so you reply in the real thread — nothing second-hand.
- Agoda, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip in one list
- Search every site at once, or filter down to one
- A footer showing when each OTA was last read, and when one has signed you out

You can see who is still owed a reply
The blue dot comes from each OTA's own unanswered filter, not our guess. Booking.com scores you on replies within 24 hours and says partners who score well see fewer cancellations.
- A “needs reply” count taken from the OTA’s own view, not ours
- Booking status beside the guest, where it changes how you answer
- One badge on the dock for everything, instead of three tabs to check

Three OTAs, one list — the source is a chip, not a separate tab.
Three steps, then it looks after itself
Install it wherever you check on the property
The front-desk computer, or your own laptop on the other side of the world. Signed and notarised on macOS. No server, nothing to connect to your PMS.
Sign in to each OTA once, inside the app
Your own extranet login — nobody at the property has to set anything up. Credentials stay on that computer and are never sent to us.
It reads on a loop, and keeps itself current
It re-reads each extranet in the background, so what you see is minutes old. Extranets change constantly — keeping up is our job, not yours.
Your logins never leave your laptop
You never hand over an OTA password, and no copy of your bookings or payouts sits on anyone's server. The app reads the extranets from your own machine, in your own signed-in session — the same way you would, just faster and every few minutes.
Local, in your own session
Runs on your computer, reading the extranets you are already logged in to. Nothing stored on our servers.
It reads. It never acts.
It never changes a price, confirms a booking or cancels anything. When you want to act, it takes you to the OTA’s own screen.
Every number says where it came from
Each figure carries its OTA and the minute it was read. One click opens the page it came from.
Nothing to migrate, nothing to switch
It sits alongside whatever you already run. No integration project, no data import, no change to how the property is run.
